My grandfather had a family band. My mother played piano. My grandmother played the mandolin. My uncles played the drums, guitar, and my grandfather would play the beautiful fiddle, They played Folk music and people would come from miles around to enjoy it.

At the age of 14 I started playing piano and at 17 first picked up a guitar. At 17 I wrote,“I love you honey” and rushed home to sing it to my mother. Thanks Mom for the love and encouragement. Here’s to writing about life, love and original experiences. - Alain
